We do all of this in a facility that cannot be matched! A 24,000 square foot indoor fitness facility equipped with the latest state of the art equipment. Full of cardio equipment like rowers, skiers, bikes, treadmills and strength equipment like squat racks, dumbbells, barbells, pullup bars, sleds.

OUR CLASS TYPES
Our Strength/Sculpting classes offer an effective and efficient way to reach your fitness goals. These classes put an emphasis on building your overall strength and power, while also providing hypertrophy-based training on specific muscle groups to help you sculpt and grow those areas. With the help of our experienced trainers, you will be able to reach your desired level of fitness in no time!
